Blessing of the Pets

In loving memory of Blessed Saint Francis of Assisi, and in honor of all God’s creatures,  there will be a Blessing of the Pets on Saturday, October 8th at 2:00 p.m. in the Gardens of Advent.

REFORMATION SUNDAY is October 30th

We will celebrate the anniversary of the posting of Martin Luther’s 95 theses on the door of All Saints Church in Wittenberg, Germany, which began a worldwide movement to “re-form” or change the shape of the Church of his day.  Advent will also be “re-forming” our membership to “re-form” or change the new members  in the Rite of Affirmation of Baptism.  Please help our new brothers and sisters find a welcoming place in our ministry “formations,” adding their God-given gifts to our pool of talents, SO THAT ALL MAY KNOW CHRIST’S LOVE!

ALL SAINTS SUNDAY IS NOV. 6TH

On Sunday, November 6th, come and light a candle in loving memory of the “Saints” that have passed through your life.

A Family ADVENTURE at the Wild Animal Sanctuary
